Our Story
Evolving the Engine
In 1999, we founded Warriors - just three guys from Pittsburgh, PA who love people and wanted to connect smart people with great companies.
In 2009, we made a bold move — we flipped the script on traditional recruiting. Instead of hiring experienced recruiters, we brought in people with no prior industry experience and trained them ourselves through a program we built from the ground up: Warriors U.
This playbook became the foundation of our company — a method that emphasizes integrity, consistency, and discipline from day one. It’s what fueled the creation of "Your Engine" — the powerful system we built to recruit with excellence, day in and day out.
But we didn’t stop there.
We built our business in reverse: by perfecting our execution engine before ever forming a sales team. That decision created something rare — a company that runs on faith, grit, and teamwork. A company that never quits.
Today, Warriors is Warriors Solutions Group, and we've expanded into a trusted partner in Federal Contracting, defense, manufacturing, and professional services. Today, we build solutions with smart people.
