Our Story

Built on People. Driven by Purpose.

In 1999, Warriors began with three guys from Pittsburgh, PA, who believed in the power of connecting great people with great opportunities. What started as a simple idea became the foundation for everything we do today.

In 2009, we challenged traditional recruiting by taking a different approach. Rather than hiring experienced recruiters, we invested in people and developed our own training program, Warriors U. Built on integrity, consistency, and discipline, this approach shaped our culture and established the foundation for our continued growth.

We built our business differently, focusing on execution, relationships, and doing things the right way. Guided by faith, teamwork, effort, trust, and a commitment to compete, we've created a culture centered on people and driven by results.

Today, Warriors Solutions Group has evolved into a trusted partner supporting federal contracting, defense, manufacturing, and professional services. While our capabilities have expanded, our commitment to people remains unchanged.
